Tea from South Tyrol
Golden Bridge Tea® is produced in Brixen/South Tyrol and stands for exclusive tea enjoyment. The tea trading company Viropa, founded and run by the three brothers Viktor, Robert, and Paul Campestrini, has been importing and processing high-quality black, green, herbal, and fruit teas since 1977.
Here you can cut your own ginger and lemon. Help yourself.
South Tyrolean Wine
The corner for wine lovers! Chef Christa is a trained sommelier and will give you a brief insight into the variety of South Tyrolean wines!

Saletta "Parolini"
Our grandmother Ida had the maiden name "Parolini", which was very well known in the area because of the inn that she ran for over 50 years. The inn was later renamed "Blaue Traube" and with her death in 2008 the name "Parolini" died out in Eppan. In her honor we wanted to preserve the memory of the name.

There are few things more relaxing than reading a good book on holiday. After spending the day exploring new places or simply relaxing by the pool, we offer the perfect retreat to immerse yourself in the world of literature.

Our service team, consisting of Herta, Flora, Wally, Dominik and Sophia, among others, always strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They take care of all your wishes and concerns.

In our fitness room you will find a treadmill, a cross trainer, a bike, yoga mats, dumbbells, wall bars and a weight training machine.

Swimming pool
Our swimming pool has a size of about 65 m² and is a heated outdoor pool that can be used all year round. In summer the temperature is around 29° - 30° degrees, while in winter it is 31° - 32° degrees.
Spa area
In the wellness area you will find a Finnish panoramic sauna, a herbal steam bath, a crashed ice fountain, a panoramic whirlpool, a relaxation room, as well as tea and spring water.
Bike Room
Very modern and video-monitored bicycle room, which can only be accessed with access control. This service is free of charge for you. There are lockers available in the bike room that you can use.
Parking spot
Our parking spaces in front of the house are reserved only for our hotel guests and one parking space per room is available free of charge.
Garage
A garage space can be reserved or used (depending on availability) for € 15.00 per day. The garage is equipped with charging stations for electric cars. The KW/h is billed directly via the hotel room.
Garten
Our caretaker Max is always ready to ensure your safety and comfort. With his many years of experience and his craftsmanship, he takes care of all technical matters, maintenance work and the garden. Max is always available to ensure that your stay runs smoothly.
